涂用于已完成清洁的脸颈部份，避开唇及鼻孔位置，眼周肌肤亦不宜涂用。会有轻微刺痛的感觉，但很快会消失，让更新霜于肌肤上停留约10至15分钟后以温水彻底冲洗，再涂上保湿剂。每周建议使用一至两次作肌肤护理。

Lactic and Salicy lic acids slough off dead skin cells, speeding cell renewal. Sulfur aids in cell renewal while Papain and Bromelain enzymes digest excess surface cells. Extracts of Lavender, Aloe Vera and Coneflower help reduce sensitivity and soothe skin.
